We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 11:00 PM are usually shipped the same day. However, we cannot always guarantee this; sometimes products are out of stock, which may cause your order to take a little longer to be delivered. An estimated delivery time is indicated on the product page. Should we be unable to meet this delivery time for any reason, we will, of course, inform you as soon as possible.
Shipping costs:
MAE ships all orders within the Netherlands & Belgium above €50 with free shipping. For orders under €50, a shipping fee of €4.95 will be charged.
We cover the full cost of shipping within the Netherlands. Delivery is handled by DHL's parcel service. Generally, delivery will take place the next business day between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.
