Cooling-off period/returns
If you are still within your 30-day cooling-off period, you can return your purchase free of charge.

When you click on the link, you can enter your order number and email address. A return label will then be sent to your email address, which you can stick on the package. The package is then ready for shipment and can be taken to a shipping point.
Once we have received the package in good order, it will take 1 to 2 weeks for us to process it, and you will receive the money back in your bank account within two working days.
Should the product be damaged or the packaging be more damaged than necessary to try out the product, we may pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So, handle the product with care and ensure it is well packaged when returned.
